1. How do I use D-Mannose Urinary Support capsules?
For acute use 5 capsules daily, or for maintenance 3 capsules daily. We recommend taking the tablets together. It’s also beneficial to drink more water during the day.
Each 5 capsule serving provides: 2000mg D-Mannose, 500mg Organic Cranberry, 500mg Organic Prebiotic Inulin

The shelf life of D-Mannose Urinary Support capsules is 24 months from production date if your pouch is unopened and stored in a dry, cool environment, away from direct sunlight. There is a best before date printed on the back label.
Once opened keep your capsules sealed in the pouch, or for ease of use you can store in an airtight jar or container and it can be stored in the cupboard.
