Enjoy free standard delivery on all orders over £30. This includes delivery to remote islands and highlands, the Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands.
Standard delivery: Royal Mail 48 tracked £3.49.
Express: Royal Mail 24 tracked £4.99
Orders over £50 to mainland UK (excluding the Highlands) will be dispatched via Royal Mail 24 tracked or Parcelforce 24 courier, while the rest of the UK, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man will receive their orders via Royal Mail 24 tracked.
We aim to ship all orders that come in by 2.30pm the same day Monday to Friday, and when this is not possible they’ll be dispatched the next working day.
Royal Mail 24 tracked, typically 1-2 working days.
Standard tracked delivery Royal Mail 2nd class, typically 3-5 working days
Parcelforce 24 hour courier is a next working day tracked service.
These estimates are on the basis that your products are in stock and there are no external delays with the delivery service.
All orders are fully tracked, with SMS / email updates directly from Royal Mail or Parcelforce.
Orders sent by Parcelforce courier will also receive an update with your one hour delivery time slot on the morning of delivery.
If your order does not reach you in the specified time, please email us with your order number at team@greensorganic.co.uk
If delivery is attempted and you are not there to receive it, a card may be left asking you to collect the parcel from your local Royal Mail sorting office or local Post Office for Parcelforce deliveries.
Firstly, please check your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email, that your shipping address is correct.
If your order is on a tracked service, then please check the tracking information for updates on delivery or attempted delivery.

You will need to contact us by email with 30 days of shipment for within 30 days of receiving your shipping notification by email.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept a claim for a missing order which fall outside of this time scale.
If you've received an order confirmation and didn't make the order, it will be because you have set up a subscription on your last order.
For each product on the website you can choose either ‘one time purchase’ (the default option) or select ‘subscribe & save’, which gives a 10% discount.

Occasionally orders are returned to us as undeliverable because they have been refused, unclaimed or the delivery address is incorrect. If this happens, we can resend the order to you.
If you no longer require your order, the value of the items contained will be refunded, less any extra shipping costs incurred for the carrier to return the package to us.
No shipping charges, original or otherwise, will be refunded. We are not responsible in any way for orders that are lost due to an incorrect shipping address given on the order.
Please note that we do not dispatch on weekends or UK public holidays, and there may be a backlog of orders after a holiday date causing your package to take an extra 1-2 days for delivery.
We are also unable to ship if there is industrial action by Royal Mail.
Sorry, no. Our warehouse team aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible once they have been placed. Therefore, we are unable to make any changes to your order once it has been processed.
This includes cancelling, adding to, removing or swapping items within the order. However, you can return any unopened items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if we have made an error with your order, or you have received your order in a damaged or faulty condition, you can return it to us within 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund. Please note: We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

1. Wrap the item securely in its original packaging with all accompanying documentation.
2. Contact Customer Services at: team@greensorganic.co.uk who will provide you with the return address details, providing you are able to return your order under the returns policy outlined above. Return postage is to covered by the customer, unless the item is damaged or faulty.
3. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Under UK law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within seven working days of the item's delivery to you. We regret that we also cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of products where the item has been unsealed.

We would recommend getting a tracked delivery and any postage costs must be covered by the customer.
3. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process refund and for it show on your account.

If your order is either damaged in transit or an item is missing or you've just received the wrong item, don't worry.
Just let us know within 3 days of receiving your order at team@greensorganic.co.uk and we'll replace the item for you.
You can also return your damaged item within 14 days of date your received it for a full refund. Please contact us and we will provide a pre-paid return label. Your order can be returned at any post office. Once we receive your return we will process your refund.
