We're proud to be certified Plastic Neutral+, which means that our efforts go beyond offsetting our total annual plastic emissions. Every Golden Greens product purchased contributes to preventing plastic waste from entering our seas.
We've partnered with CleanHub to help collect plastic waste before it can enter the ocean. This collaboration enables the safe collection and recovery of ocean-bound plastic waste, supporting clean environments and creating sustainable jobs in South Asia.
We collect the equivalent of 100,000 plastic bottles every year.
Our priority is to use sustainable and environmentally conscious packaging. For instance, we've replaced plastic postage bags with compostable ones made from sugarcane. As we continue to search for sustainable alternatives, we're offsetting any remaining plastic usage.
In 2019, we funded WasteAidto recycle one million plastic bags that would have otherwise ended up in the oceans.
