1. How do I use Collagen Capsules?
6 capsules daily for your instant collagen boost, swallow with water. Do not chew.

3. What are the ingredients?
Naticol® Friend of the Sea certified Hydrolysed Marine Collagen (derived from fish), Organic Bilberry fruit powder, Hyaluronic Acid, Natural Rice extract , Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid), Copper, Biotin (as D-Biotin), Selenium, Glycinate, vegan HPMC capsule shell.

4. What Collagen type is it?
Naticol® is type I collagen. It's the most abundant form of collagen in our body: it's found in our bones, our skin, our tendons, and even our internal organs.
5. Are they suitable for vegans or vegetarians?
Unfortunately not, as collagen is a marine product.

6. How long will a packet last me?
A 180 capsule packet will last 30 days.
7. How long do I have to take it for before I notice a difference?
We recommend taking collagen capsules for at least 8 weeks.
This is based on the clinical research showing that a regular intake of Naticol® collagen (which is the collagen we use) should improve skin firmness and reduce wrinkles in 8 weeks.
8. What's the shelf-life?
The shelf life of Collagen Capsules is 24 months from production date if your pouch is unopened and stored in a dry, cool environment, away from direct sunlight. There is a best before date printed on the back label.
Once opened keep your capsules sealed in the pouch, or for ease of use you can store in an airtight jar or container and it can be stored in the cupboard.
