1. How do I use Shelled Hemp Seeds?
Enjoy as you wish, can be sprinkled over salads and smoothies, as well as sweet and savoury dishes.

100% Certified Organic Shelled Hemp Seeds.
They're certified by the Organic Food Federation in the UK, and displays the Organic Logo and license: GB-ORG-04.
Our Organic Food Federation licence is: 02045/21.
3. Are they suitable for Vegans?
Yes, they're vegan friendly.
4. How long will packet last me?
There are 50 x 5g (1 tsp) servings in a 250g packet.
5. What's the shelf-life?
The shelf life of Shelled Hemp Seeds is 18 months from production date if your pouch is unopened and stored in a dry, cool environment, away from direct sunlight. There is a best before date printed on the back label.
Once opened keep sealed in the pouch, or for ease of use you can store in an airtight jar or container and it can be stored in the cupboard.
All deliveries are now 100% carbon neutral.
