1. How do I use Collagen Complex?
Suggested use: 10g (2 heaped tsp) daily. For an instant Collagen boost add to water, juice or smoothies and mix well.
We've kept it as natural and organic as possible, without artificial flavours, additives, sweeteners or preservatives. As such, it doesn't dissolve completely like an instant drink, and that's normal.
And because 50% of the ingredients are organic fruit powders, the taste, colour and aroma can vary from batch to batch.
2. What are the ingredients?
Naticol® Friend of the Sea certified hydrolysed marine collagen (sustainably derived from Pangasius and Tilapia fish) hyaluronic acid, organic lucuma, blueberry and acerola powders.

3. What Collagen type is it?
Naticol® is type I collagen. It's the most abundant form of collagen in our body: it's found in our bones, our skin, our tendons, and even our internal organs.
4. Is Collagen suitable for vegans or vegetarians?
Collagen is derived from fish, and is not suitable for vegans or vegetarians.
There's no plant source collagen protein.
5. Is Collagen suitable if I'm pregnant or nursing?
As Collagen is derived from fish, it's not suitable to take if you're pregnant or nursing.
6. What does it taste like?
It's slightly sweet and fruity taste.
7. How long do I have to take it for before I notice a difference?
We recommend taking collagen complex for at least 8 weeks.
This is based on the clinical research showing that a regular intake of Naticol® collagen (which is the collagen we use) should improve skin firmness and reduce wrinkles in 8 weeks.
