Our CoQ10 capsules are Ubiquinone form of Coenzyme Q10 that has been naturally fermented, for maximum bioavailability.

Coenzyme Q10 (naturally fermented) Sunflower Oil, Silicon Dioxide, Gelatin, Glycerol, Purified Water, Iron Oxide.
4. Are CoQ10 capsules suitable for Vegans or Vegetarians?
Unfortunately they're not suitable for either a vegan or vegetarian diet.
5. How long will a packet last me?
A 30 capsule packet will last 30 days.
6. What's the shelf-life?
The shelf life of Coq10 capsules is 24 months from production date if your pouch is unopened and stored in a dry, cool environment, away from direct sunlight. There is a best before date printed on the back label.
Once opened keep your capsules sealed in the pouch, or for ease of use you can store in an airtight jar or container and it can be stored in the cupboard.
