1. How do I use Apple Cider Vinegar Capsules?
One capsule with meals, maximum of three capsules a day. Swallow with water, do not chew.

If you are taking any medication please consult your doctor or healthcare professional before use. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if adverse reactions occur. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place. Do not use if seal is broken. Do not exceed recommended dose. Remember: Always read the label.

If you're taking 2 capsules a day, a 60 capsule packet will last 30 days.
5. What's the shelf-life?
The shelf life of Apple Cider Vinegar capsules is 24 months from production date if your pouch is unopened and stored in a dry, cool environment, away from direct sunlight. There is a best before date printed on the back label.
Once opened keep your Apple Cider Vinegar capsules sealed in the pouch, or for ease of use you can store in an airtight jar or container and it can be stored in the cupboard.
